Nicole Franco


Nicole Franco is a Creative Consultant and Project Manager at The Catalyst & Co., working as an independent consultant to various social and corporate clients, specializing in event planning/logistics,marketing/sales/promotions, production/management, strategic partnerships and small business/ personal management. Franco advise clients on winning ideas to develop cost-effective promotions, campaigns and efficient business tools. Before joining The Catalyst & Co., Franco served as Special Events and Programming Manager for Wonderlust Hollywood, a flagship venue for Wonderlust Festivals managing special events from conception to completion. Franco also served as the Events Guest Experience and Production Coordinator for Wanderlust Festival's Spring and Fall Wanderlust 108's, as well as Summer Festival tour. In this role, Franco assisted 108 activations, managed volunteers , navigators and guest check in ( 2000 guests per event), troubleshooting all customer service issues in relation to ticketing, scheduling, crowd control, logistics etc. Before relocating to Los Angeles, Franco resided in Hawaii where she Co-founded Art & Flea, a monthly trade show/ event with 1000+ guest attendance, featuring 65+ vendors and live entertainment. Franco successfully planned and executed 12 events a year directing over 150 people per event. Franco cultivated brand equity by strengthening customer advocacy and acquisition, managed logistics, finances, marketing, staffing, entertainment/ production and vendors, proactively solicited new clients while building/ maintaining a database 800+ small businesses, and solidified strong business relationships/ sponsorships with Hawaii Visitors Bureau, Liquor Commission, and Hawaii Art’s District.

Additionally, Franco served as Tour Coordinator and Assistant Manager for Canel Room & Au Bar, aiding in the production of the venue's 500 person capacity event space (s) specializing in record releases , corporate and private events . Franco was charged with negotiating, coordinating and managing 40 events a year, with an annual event sales of $0.5MM working with budgets up to 400K. Franco created marketing campaigns and press releases while maintaining a strong industry network and has extensive experience working with obtaining licensing and permits: NYC Liquor Commission, Department of Buildings Clients: Verizon, Interscope, Tribeca Film Festival, American Cancer Society. Finally, Franco served as Tour Coordinator and Assistant Manager for Impact Artist Management, a music management firm representing artists, including The Gipsy Kings, Dr. John, Tom Wopat and Gogol Bordello. Franco coordinated tours and international immigration for VIP clients, provided stage/ talent management at shows and appearances, coordinated press, TV /Radio appearances, created press releases and kits, and managed the issuing all invoices for commissions / expenses.

Franco holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University.
