Eitan Kalma is a nonprofit leader and business professional dedicated to fostering unity through music and education. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Eitan developed expertise in business development, sales strategy, and client relations. As Manager of SMB Sales at T-Mobile, he supported businesses, developed strategic partnerships, and drove growth. He also served as Accounts Manager and Senior Assistive Technology Specialist at Dynamic Therapy Solutions, where he led teams and expanded assistive technology services.

Eitan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from California State University, Northridge, where he was a state champion in speech and debate and later served as a coach. Fluent in English and Hebrew, he leverages his communication skills to foster understanding and progress. A devoted husband and father to two boys, he draws inspiration from his family to continue making an impact in his community.
