Lyzah Tuazon is an Employment Program Specialist at YIC. Lyzah earned an Associate of Arts in English from College of the Canyons in 2018 and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020. She then changed course, following her passion and obtaining a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, completing the program in 2022.

During graduate school, Lyzah focused on Patient Safety and Quality Improvement, studying Donabedian's three-part framework of quality care in healthcare. By understanding and applying Donabedian's model, Lyzah can assess and improve the quality of care provided to YIC's population. She is committed to ensuring that the organization's processes and outcomes are constantly evaluated and improved to provide the highest level of care possible.

Lyzah's passion for quality care is exemplified through her deep sense of empathy for individuals from vulnerable populations. She understands that those seeking assistance require compassionate care and support.
