Bridgett Victoria, MS. ILC — Program Counselor Supervisor

Bridgett Victoria brings over 20 years of diverse experience in education and wellness to her role as Program Counselor Supervisor at Yes I Can. A Certified Integrative Wellness Life Coach, Certified Holistic Therapist, and seasoned educator, she has worked extensively with infants, toddlers and their families, elementary students, middle school students, high school students, and adult learners. She holds an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston and pursued graduate studies in Psychology in Texas before earning her MS in ILC in Southern California.

Her diverse professional background spans educational, nonprofit, and corporate settings, including roles as a Child Specialist for domestic violence and sexual assault organizations, and Program Coordinator and Service Coordinator for State Federal Government Pediatric and School Age programs serving children with disabilities. As a Corporate Trainer, she developed expertise in providing individualized services to clients and their families. During her college years, Bridgett trained with Franklin Covey, mastering the principles and tools of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People." She later served as an Adjunct Professor at a local Junior College, teaching Emergent Literacy and Parenting Classes.

Bridgett is an expert in conducting evaluations, developing action plans, setting goals, and implementing outcome strategies for both team members and students. Beyond her professional achievements, she actively volunteers for various homeless agencies and remains deeply involved in her church and community. A certified Zumba instructor and passionate traveler, she cherishes creating lifetime memories with her husband of over 20 years and their three sons. Bridgett believes in being present in the moment and appreciating the world's beauty, drawing inspiration from her deep passion for human development and the evolution of behavior from childhood to adulthood.
