Before joining YIC, he held senior financial roles, including Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Dvorak Properties, LLC, and Chief Compliance Officer at Healthy Living and Lifestyle, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Dvorak serves as an independent consultant, specializing in guiding healthcare organizations through the complexities of obtaining Department of Health Care Services licensure and JCAHO accreditation.
